Helping middle leaders in education to create clear boundaries so that they can thrive in teaching.

HeadSphere was created by Gemma Drinkall and is a coaching, training and supervision based service that empowers middle leaders to create clear boundaries so that they can prioritise their needs in order to not only be a great teacher, middle leader and colleague but also enjoy the work-life balance they deserve.

When you pour from a full cup, not only do you thrive but those around you thrive too.
